RENTAL POLICY

PH Companies, the parent organization encompassing PH Realty Team, PH Design Firm, PH Property Management, and Principle Home Buyer, extends the use of our community moving truck to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating the moving requirements of buyers and sellers involved in real estate transactions. To maintain seamless and effective service, all clients utilizing our moving truck are required to comply with the policies and procedures outlined below.

Authorized Users

• Only designated clients with a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and demonstrated ability to operate the moving truck safely are permitted to utilize it for moving purposes.

Maximum Reservation Duration

• We understand that moving can be a complex process, so we offer a maximum reservation duration of three (3) days for the moving truck. If you find that you need more time, extensions beyond this period may be granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and approval.

Usage Area

• The moving truck can only be used within the Ark-La-Tex area or within a two-and-a-half-hour drive from our Texarkana office, whichever distance is shorter.

User Instructions

• Before submitting the Moving Truck Rental Application, please familiarize yourself with the User Instructions. It's essential to understand and acknowledge them before using the moving truck.

Pickup and Return Procedure

• Please note that pickup and return times for the moving truck are limited to Monday through Friday, from 8:30 Am to 5:30 PM. Reservations beginning on Friday must be returned by 8:30 AM on Monday morning.

Moving Truck Rental Agreement

• Clients are required to complete the PH Companies Moving Truck Rental Agreement. This application includes providing a copy of your valid driver's license and insurance card.
