Ashlyn Smith is the dynamic and dedicated Transaction Coordinator for PH Companies, where she plays a vital role in streamlining the contract-to-close process and ensuring seamless experiences for both clients and agents. A licensed public notary in both Arkansas and Texas, Ashlyn brings a powerful blend of operational expertise, organizational precision, and heartfelt connection to her role.
Born and raised in Texarkana, Ashlyn graduated from Texas High School in 2011 and began her collegiate journey with a softball scholarship at Southern Arkansas University before transferring to Henderson State University to complete her degree. Her deep local roots and commitment to community continue to influence her approach to real estate and client service.
Before stepping into the real estate world, Ashlyn built a career as a high school special education teacher and coach, leading both volleyball and softball teams. These experiences equipped her with unmatched patience, leadership, and the ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations — all skills she now brings to every transaction she oversees.
Since joining PH Companies in August 2023 as Office Manager, Ashlyn quickly proved herself to be an indispensable asset, known for her ability to keep multiple moving parts on track while keeping people at the center of every process. Now, as Transaction Coordinator, she supports our growing agent roster by managing timelines, paperwork, communication, and compliance — ensuring every detail is covered from offer to closing.
Outside of work, Ashlyn continues to serve her community through Radiant Ministry, where she’s been a creative team member and volunteer barista for seven years. She enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, diving into all things knowledge (whether cool or quirky), and yes — the occasional TikTok rabbit hole.
